Pina Magistro

Clinical Yoga Teacher for Back Pain & Musculoskeletal Health
These one-to-one clinical yoga sessions are designed to support the assessment, treatment, and long-term management of back pain and musculoskeletal conditions. Working within a clinical osteopathic setting, sessions focus on improving spinal mobility, joint stability, muscular balance, posture, and movement patterns.

Yoga has been my guide in life for over a decade, teaching me to listen to my body, balance strength with ease, and move through life’s ups and downs with greater awareness and resilience. This is what inspires me to share the practice with others.

I teach a range of styles from dynamic and active to gentle and restorative. My sessions are thoughtfully sequenced, with an emphasis on breath, awareness, and tuning into how the practice feels in the body. Alongside movement, I incorporate a wide range of supportive techniques including breathwork, meditation, and gentle sound healing. I work closely with the osteopathy team, and if you’re navigating an injury or specific concern, classes can be tailored to support your individual needs in a safe and considered way. My teaching is grounded, holistic, and guided by listening to the body and the nervous system.
