Our highly skilled team of yoga and pilates teachers work alongside our team of osteopaths to ensure all exercises are appropriate and safe for each participant. Due to the clinical input our classes are safe for people managing back pain and other injuries and are suitable for all abilities. Our classes are taught in small groups of 6 students. Our instructors are able to give individualised attention to each student, supporting and guiding through each posture.
General Yoga our classes are taught in small groups of 6 people per class. Due to the attention given by the instructor, our classes are suitable for all levels from beginners to advance. These classes are also suitable for people with back problems, recovering from injuries as well as pregnant mothers.
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic flowing style of yoga, linking breath and movement. Classes will involve physical postures, breathing practices, relaxation techniques and meditation to help restore body and mind, and promote natural healing.
Yin Yoga is a calm, slow and restorative practice. All the poses are performed sitting or lying on the mat. The poses are held for long periods to open up the hips, bring space into the lower back and improve circulation by working deeply into the connective tissue.
General Pilates our classes are taught in small groups of maximum 6 people per class. Due to the small numbers our classes are suitable for all levels from beginners to advance. Pregnancy Pilates is suitable for pregnancy and the 6 week postnatal period.
