I teach Power Yoga – a dynamic, vinyasa based style following a well-balanced sequence structure. I trained with Dylan Ayaloo at Hot Power Yoga and am known for guiding students through a friendly energetic practice. I am very happy to be sharing my love for yoga, I have a very attentive approach to teaching and aim to bring personality and lots of fun to my classes!
My classes are challenging yet very accessible providing a nice balance of strength, flexibility and playfulness. They will give you the chance to slow down, feel and connect to your breath and body. I hope to take you to new depths leaving you feeling empowered and filled with positive energy!
