I qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in London with a masters degree. This course allowed me to gain experience working in specialist clinics including expected mothers, sports, chronic pain, the HIV ward at the Royal Free Hospital, Manna House for the homeless, as well as treating older patients in their own accommodation. I thoroughly enjoyed working in all these clinics and aim to continue working with patient’s from different situations and backgrounds.
I was drawn to the profession through my interest in how the body works and how to maximise its function. I am qualified in sports massage and use a variety of osteopathic techniques and approaches to aid patient’s back to enjoying a full and healthy lifestyle.
I have a particular interest in pain education and feel that understanding what is happening with your body and knowledge of how you can help yourself is a key element in the treatment process. Each treatment is tailored to the patients needs and aimed to make them feel as comfortable as possible.
