It’s a holistic mode of healing, so whether you’re looking to feel better physically, mentally or emotionally, yoga is a tool that brings all of these things together to leave you feeling healthier and happier.
As someone who has dealt with chronic neck pain and other health concerns, I know the negative impact this can have on your life and am passionate about sharing my love of yoga to help people feel their absolute best. I believe yoga is for everyone and recognise the individuality and uniqueness of each person.
I am trained in both Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga and work with a wide range of students. Being based in London I work closely with many office workers who are dealing with back pain and stress from working long hours at a desk. I also work closely with active sporty people who are using yoga as a way to recover or prevent injury and improve performance through the techniques of stretching, breath work and meditation.
As well as creating strength and flexibility in the body, the practice of yoga focuses on your internal health and I’m passionate about working with people who are dealing with feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, depression and fear. Yoga is a powerful tool to support you in life and my aim is for students to leave class with a greater sense of focus, strength and relaxation. All that’s required is commitment and very quickly you’ll start to see how yoga can improve all areas of your life. My students are my greatest inspiration and it warms my heart to see how the practice of yoga changes people’s lives for the better.
