Chiara is a GOsC registered Osteopath (10318) and member of the Institute of Osteopathy. She graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Distinction and is an experienced certified Pilates teacher specialised in pregnant and postnatal women.
With her holistic, integrated approach, she aims to treat the ‘whole’ person, not merely symptoms and disease. She is trained to look at the various aspects of patients lifestyle and health issues and design a course of treatment to help them reach the optimum level of wellness. She uses a wide range of manual techniques including structural techniques and manipulations, very gentle Cranio-sacral therapy, visceral techniques, myofascial and soft tissue work.
She specialised in osteopathy for neck and TMJ pain, headaches, back, pregnancy and postnatal pain, and sports injury. She is an experienced Pilates instructor and is passionate about helping mothers to get back to their fitness and well-being.
Chiara completed the Barrall’s Institute Visceral Manipulation course, and she has also joined the Women’s Health postgraduate programme at the Renzo Molinari Institute.
