We will look at your posture from head to toe from the front & side to assess your individual posture type. We will advise you of any obvious imbalances in required aided by photos which are only viewable by you and your Osteopath. You will be advised what you need in terms of treatment and exercise to correct any imbalances found to improve alignment of your spine as well as ergonomic advice.
