Just a quick note to say how well my back is doing, and to say thank you for all the work you have done over the last year. A couple of weeks ago I did a bike race in Scotland. I drove all the way to Scotland for over 7 hours with no ill effect, a journey that would usually leave me in significant pain. I was then able to complete the race in better time than previously and able to lower myself into a more aerodynamic position than I used to, again, completing without the pain I used to have. Whilst the range of my movement has not increased the ease of the movement I have and the significant reduction in associated pain is significantly noticed and I thank-you for it.
